I nedd a few details regarding this.
Actually i dont know what is AA,what is the process.
If we can find a lawyer who can help us in filling the form. finding the right office address and the other formalities..i am willing to pay

It is verz difficult coz i dont know German and am unable to locate the right place.
I will be thankful for the help.

"Actually i dont know what is AA", AA = Arbeitsamt, the Labour office, you can find yours by checking the Arbeitsagentur website at http://www.arbeitsagentur.de/vam/vamController/CMSConversation/anzeigeContent?navId=247&tl=tlhn&rqc=1&ls=false&ut=0 but if you don't know German, it will be some pain for you to get all right.

"what is the process", for KG? just go at the AA, fill the form, bring your passport, your registration certification (Anmeldebestätigung), and the birth certificate of the kid.

"If we can find a lawyer who can help us in filling the form", no need to find a lawyer, if you're a GC, just ask one of your colleague and he will help you, the questions are very straightforward.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I am not on GC, I am on companybound work permit for 1 year.Do i have need to have the original birth certificate of my child.she was not born in germany.Thanx again.

The original is not necessary, but you have to get it translated and certify the translation.
