I am writing the following cause I am in need of ur great advise. To put my story in short I came to Germany before six year and I did my Masters and started my PhD, now I am about to complete my stuidies and am wondering what to do.

Student-6 years
Work with Renteneversicherung-14 months

I would like to have ur two cents on the following.

1) What are my chances of applying for NE or High qualified Scientist visa and which would be easier to have?
2) When would be the right time to apply before or after getting the PhD

Your advise would be greatly apperciated.
