i just invited my brother in africa and i bought him insurance hee in germany he whe to the embassy and after 2 days there call him and say the can not give him the visa so what should i do is it good for me to take a lawyer or do any body knows any lawyer in berlin who can help me ,i am working in berlin and my wife is working too and she is a german so what can i do pls help me

1 Denial depends on situation .
if its invitation visa then u cant do anything except to apply again (as they are not supposed to tell u the reason of denial).
2 If he is young unmarried(married /unmarried makes no difference now) and not strongly bounded to his home country(financial situation)then denial chances are more.

Now u can calculate on the basis of above criteria where ur situation is.

lawyer works only when there is a case of family visa or something like that (as per my knowledge)

And if u think everything is fine then check the documents that submited.
