Hallo everyone

I did my masters from Germany starting from October 2006 till January 2009.

During that period I did my Praktikum at a company starting from May 2008 to November 2008 for a period of 7 months. In that period I paid all the taxes including Rentenversicherung (Pflichtbeitragszeit) Visa type 16

After that I started working full time from April 2009 - till date (16 months). visa type 18

In total I have paid Rentenversicherung for 23 months.

My question is that am I eligible to apply for Beschäftigung Erlaubt after August, when I will be completing 24 months?

(24 months rule_ zwei Jahre rechtmäßig eine versicherungspflichtige Beschäftigung im Bundesgebiet ausgeübt haben)
