what is koy?
I supose you want to establish firma to work selbstständig. Arbeitsamt will give you everything for that.

after contacting AA tell us what are the steps to get it.

1. Go to Finanzamt, register yourself and that's it.
2. if you were getting ALG, you can register to Übersbrückungsgeld (check one of my previous posts), for that you have to do a Business Plan and get it checked and stamped by a Marktprüfer (can cost you between 400 and 500 euros).
3. Ask your health insurance if you can go on with them as Freiwillig versichert, if yes, ask them for new forms and re-insured yourself. If not, make a Kündigung and register yourself at a private insurance.
