i have NE and my wife is working here in germany for around 2years(in IT) now.She would like to change the company and look for new challenging work.after applying into numerous sites she has been not very happy with the no of calls .She can speak Deutsch.Can anyone give in Tips and advice to find jobs in Germany , are there any good consulting companies who can get her jobs.

"Tips and advice to find job in Germany" makes sense only if you are living outside germany. There is nothing I can think of telling you what you dont already know after 2 years of working in Germany.
