I have a situation when employer postponed salary payments for already two monthes. Chief says it struggles with financial problems. I basically do not care about that. I believe that salary must paied in time without any other option as for the job done. A there anybody who had the same situation? What would be a solution? And more concrete, how may postpone last?

It is unpleasant situation, normally if he has problems he should apply for "insolvenz". If he does not do it then he breaks the law AFAIK. If the company account is positive and he does not pay your salary then IMHO you have problem with him and you have to sue him.

Shitty situation, normally you need a lawyer.
