Hi,
I am an IT person and I got a working contract from a German company. Currently I am working in Japan. I was wondering which way would be fastest to proceed with my application.

1: Should I apply to German embassy here with my contrcat.
2: Or is there a way my german company can also apply for my work permit.

The company is based in Baden-Baden.
Secondly I have also applied for a work permit in December with an another company (I got a contract offer in December too). I havent got any answer from the German embassy yet. But I would like to work with the 2nd company as their contract is better than the first one. My question is,
if I get the permission for the first company from the embassy, should I go to Germany and apply for the 2nd company for there or?

Would there be a danger to get the permission for 2nd company as KVR might think that I should not change my working permission so quickly. Any thoughts would be welcome.
