My employer made application of Green Card in November but we have not yet received from Frankfurt German authority yet. Is there any way we can track the status of my application?? Any pointers will be welcome. If anyone has the phone number or website address for the same then also it will be helpful.

Your employer, or you (if you speak german) should call there where you have made your application. If you have made your application to local Arbeitsagentur (former Arbeitsamt) then this application should have been already processed within 7 days if have sent them all relevant documents:

IT-ArGV § 7 Durchführungsvorschriften

(1) Über die Erteilung der Arbeitserlaubnis oder deren Zusicherung soll die Agentur für Arbeit in der Regel innerhalb einer Frist von einer Woche entscheiden, sobald die für die Entscheidung über den Antrag erforderlichen Angaben und Unterlagen vorliegen.


The "Arbeitsagentur" issues the document called "Zusicherung der Arbeitserlaubnis gemäß ItArgV". ItArgV is the law which is not valid anymore (after 1.1.05). This is the formal name for "green card". Your application made in Nov 04 is and should be processed according to this old law.
