I got a very good job offer from Holland. The company has asked me to findout about how they can apply for a work permit for me. (as they have never employed a non-EU guy.)

My question is , how difficult it is to get the work permit in holland?

how much time it can take?

what are the pros and cons of working in holland?

I have just finished my masters and have got this offer.
