Dear Friends,

I recevied a job offer in Germany in November 2021 and I applied for a visa appointment in VFS portal for my Germany Visa Center - Bangalore. Since I was eligible for Blue card for visa appointment I selected main category "National Visa -90 Days" and sub category as "Blue Card".  It has been nearly 3 months and my visa appointment shows waitlisted. I tried following up with VFS Germany Bangalore but not much help there. 

I do see another option when booking for visa appointment slot category "Employment" and sub category "Long Term Employment" where there are appointment dates available. Can you please confirm if this is the same as blue card?
