Hello Detlef and other GCs,

i want to buy a 3 room appartments. Let's say i have ca. 25000 EUR and the appartment is around 150000 EUR.
It means i have to credit (baufinanzierung) ca. 125000 EUR.
What kind of help will i get from city and tax?
(eigenheimzulage etc).

i have an appartment, it means it will replace only kaltmiete, right?
nebenkosten i must add it differently, is it correct?
