Hello,

I worked for a small company for six and half month , throughout my contract period I didn't took any vacation. One week before the end of my contract my boss told me that he will pay my 13 days vacation salary but then after the end of my contract he is refusing to pay it back.
Please suggest me what to do and how to proceed legaly or whom to contact ?
Or is there any chance of getting it back ?

The first would be to send him a well written Mahnung, addresed to his name, in German, and stating the amount and the reason you are demanding payment. Also set him a payment deadline (frist).

If this doesn't work, then you may try contacting a collection agency or a lawyer. But this will cost you.
