I just recieved my NE (§9 AufenthG) this morning, and everything is run smootly without a problem, I apply for NE on Jan 9 2006 and got it today. my wife also got unbefristet nederlassungerlaubnis. for my children they will have it when there are 8 year old, so at the moment they have limited visa until they turn 8.

for others who has not completed her/his 5 year, be patience and don't worry.

I have a NE and my wife joined me recently. Will my wife also get NE .

if not NE , what visa she will get. I will go to ABH next week,

For my wife, she come to DE the same as I do and she also finished her 5 year this month. with Your wife if she just join you, it could be that you can only apply for limited visa (family reason visa) for her.
