Hello,
I would like to know how I can find the local authorities whom we can report to incase of illegal Overtimes and non-maintenance of time records within the company.
According to the Arbeitzeitgesetz section 17 there are some local authorities where this can be anonymously reported. I would like to know how to find the address for these authorities.
Basically I want to know where I can find the "Zuständige Aufsichtsbehörde"
