Hi,

I lived and worked in germany from 2012 Oct-feb 2013.I paid taxes during that period.
Due to my pregnancy i came back to my Home country (India).now i would like to claim the tax refund for both the years i worked.

Can any one suggest information for my below questions :


I don't have German bank account currently which i have cancelled last year.So,Is it possible for me to get Refund to my Indian bank or any other alternative i have to ?

If not do i need to go through private Tax consultant company like (TaxBack :Is it trustable to get calim to my indian bank)?

How much tax refund approximately i can able to get for those 5 months duration?( My annual salary there was 60000 euros)

 It is better if you ask them to refund it to a German bank account (your friend) rather than Indian.
You have to authorise them.

2012 and 2013 tax paid will returned. Look at your payslips.

Tax consultant are reliable. I said tax will be refunded by finanzamt. Wages are not same as tax.

I do not know how reliable taxback.com consultants are. But, I have been claiming my tax returns with a trusted person called Peter. He is based out of Dusseldorf and following are his contact details.
