Does anyone has any experience or information about niederlasungserlaubnis without spending 60 months in Germany??

I have a short experience of around 5 years in the industry (India) and now I have an offer to teach in the university (Germany) as a 'Wiessenschaftlischer Mitarbeiter'. Does it suffice the requirement or one has to be senior teaching staff?

I have already read the PDF file and some articles about it, “Scientists, university lecturers, specialists and leading managers with long professional experience “ are eligible for niederlassungserlaubnis. Is there any specific definition/document of university lecturers?

As a matter of fact a "Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter" (WM) is not regarded as a Professor. WM is a general position to do scientific work, to help professors, to help students (like teaching, helping to do exercises etc.). Normally this position is similar to the position of a PhD student at a Uni.

Niederlasungserlaubnis is for - professors with Doctorate degree, scientist with very high achievements, professionals with 84K Euro per year salary .

So I think you are not anyway eleigible to get niederlasungserlaubnis.
