There are many demonstrations at the moment, started by a small minority who are afraid of what they call 'Islamisierung' of Europe and as a reaction there are many 'anti-anti' demonstrations from the majority of average citizens who want to show the world that Germany is an open minded country and that we like to help refugees and we want to integrate foreigners, not at last because we need them!

My opinion: 

The very small minority of narrow-minded, uneducated, egoistic people caused the majority of the 'normal' Germans to show up and made it plain to the world, that the Germans welcome all people, from all nations and religions and that we like to help refugees!
