Hi,

 I would like to know what are the disadvantages if we have German Passport. I am living in German for the past 10 years and I am working here full time for more than 7 years. I have NE since 2 years. I have the following questions reg. Passport.
  1.  I heard that if we get German Passport you are not allowed buy any land on our name, is that true?
  2. I read that I need to write Einbürungstest to get German Passport. What else do I need to apply for German Passport. 

If I get Passport, does my daughter also get Passport immediately.  Before applying, I would like to get all proper documents and apply. Any one please write me.

Living in Germany since 10 years. Basic eligibility criteria is fulfilled.

For further conditions to be met and the documents required go to your State Einbürgerung website and get the required information.

And use the search button before posting your questions. This topics is already  discussed severaltimes in this forum.

Search the forums.
And just go to Naturalization Office (Einbürgerungsamt) and ask.

Apply for the German citizenship9 as long as you have a job. During unemployment it might be difficult or they slow down the procedure..
