I've sent a document many years ago to the Middle East and it got there within 1-2 days. It costed around 60 euro for 1 document if I remember well.

I have sent many documents through the normal post. It takes a 5 days at the max. It is cheap but don't know how safe it. However as i said i have used it any times without any problem.
