Hello,
I have 3 years of Diploma in mechanical engineering (Polytechnic) from India and 12+years of experience in IT Industry.
Out of 12 years, i have worked in Germany more than 5+ years from 2008 to 2015 on workpermit . now iam in India.
Recently i got job offer from previous employer and i applied for germany work visa in Bangalore embassy.
But My Visa application is refused by Bangalore embassy saying that 'i dont have degree which is  recognised  in germany'.
So my question is there any alternative way to get germany Visa work permit?

My understanding was, if the degree wasn't recognised in Germany, we probably should get it recognised from https://www.anerkennung-in-deutschland.de/tools/berater/en/.

But not 100% sure on this though.

It seems something must have changed recently. In your case, you already had a previous work permit so you satisfied their requirements at the time, why would they refuse you now?

I also don't have a degree and just received the rejection letter from the ZAV (reason: no degree). The position was for software engineer, >50k salary with signed contract (non-EU citizen).
