May I further live in Germany on my Wife behalf ?

Hi, I studied in Germany and now doing PhD in Netherlands. I have currently job search visa till 04/2013, as i live on the border so my residence is in Germany. My Question is that may i live legally on my Wife behalf (§ 30) if she will be student in Germany AND i will be sponsoring her study ?
