Hi,
My wife is Indian and she is currently in India. I have moved to Munich very recently. I am British Citizen (BC).I want to apply for long term dependent spouse from Chennai office in India.

Since I am  BC if I provide a council registration letter and my passport copy is good enough for applying visa?Does she needs to provide laguage certification?

If any one gone through similar procedure recntly please let me know the documents required. Since Brexit is happening I want to apply in March.
