This forum has given me wonderful knowledge about the Visa and immigration process but even then I have a couple of questions. 

1- Now I have a Contract signed by a company in Germany. Can you people help me getting Visa (EU- Blue Card) from German Immigration office even before I come to Germany. 

2- If I apply for a Visa here in India, they do not offer Blue Card directly instead they offer 90 days Job Seeker Visa which takes around 4 to 6 Months to get the Visa. Hence approaching your help.

I doubt anyone can help you in getting a Blue card before reaching Germany. Process is you need to apply for Blue card from India with a Job contract and you will be issued a 3 months VISA, using which you can enter Germany.

After reaching you can apply for Blue Card and it will be processed in 2-3 months. You dont have to get Blue card in hand before 90day VISA expire. Legally you can stay once you apply for Blue card.
