Hi all!

I'm in Germany on a tourist visa since 45 days ago. I already have a contract with a German startup on IT. My gross salary will be 38.700 EUR and I don't hold a university degree. I have 5 years of experience. The main issue (I think) it is I'm not supposed to be in Germany since I need to go back to Brazil to get my visa there.

It has been 4 weeks (for what I know) that my company sent all documents (strangely, I think they did not even sent my passport copy along) and I'm desperate. Do you know how much time ZAV takes to process this? A friend of mine called them in German and they said they don't have anything on my file. I don't have a number or anything that identifies me there and the company seems to be hiding a lot of important information from me.
