Hi all,

I am working here in Germany for last 20 months under (18 ABS. 4 S 1) and I am a Software Engineer but I don\'t have a blue card. Because I have not completed the salary requirement for the blue card (now 39000 euro approx.). I get a salary of 36000 per year - there is a shortage of nearly 250 euro per month. So, I am not going through my Blue card issue. FYI, I don\'t have any German university degree but a 4 years Bachelor degree from a foreign institution. So, in my case What is the rules and regulations for getting a settlement permit (permanent residence) ? If there is anyone who had the same situation for getting a permanent residence then I\'ll be very happy to hear from you. Thanks in advance.
