Hello,I am working in germany and having permanent residence. I have two kids one of my kid is not speaking so doctor here and India suggest us to stay in india. Due to financial issue and returning back. I sent my wife back to india. they are in india 2.5 months and stay longer more than one year
My question are....
1. Do I need to cancel their visa or Kindergel?
2. Do I need to de register from Kindergarden?
3. Do I need to tell doctors that they are not here like speech threapy fees is given by rathaus.
4. Do i need to change my tax class and how long I can continue this?
  Please give more suggetion, so I can do things accordingly.

Hi Surjeet..

I really cant understand how someone can suggest you that sending the child was the only option left !

There is something called Interdiziplinar / Komplex Frühforderung for kids in Lebenshilfe.. I have experienced with my son and its a very professional Organisation with experts specialised with Kids developmental / migrational problems..i think you should visit your neaby Lebenshilfe right-away
