Untermietvertrag & NE Application!!

Hi All,

I have paid already 60 months as Social Taxes in Social Services in Germany and also have done german language course. Now i want to apply for NE but my house cntract is untermietvertrag. Will AB accept my application in that case? What are the chances for getting NE in this situation?

Please advice.
