Hello,
I'm an Indian married to a German citizen. I will be applying for the Family reunion visa soon.

Q 1). Just wanted to know approximately how long (weeks/months) does it take to get the visa approved?

Q.2). Also regarding the Application Form for a national visa..there is this question in Antrag "Do you i intend to maintain your permanent residence outside the Federal Republic of Germany?". I'm guessing the answer should be NO since I would like to settle in Germany with my husband. Do you think this might create any problems with the Visa & its better to maintain it as the Indian address?

Q 3). Regarding the Health insurance: Is it a must to have health insurance before applying for the Visa?
