Visitor visa or Family reunion visa for Spouse

Hi Guys,

I am from india and gettng married by april 19th. my current Blue card will expire by july 20th and i will apply for extension before that.

Now my question is:
1. Should we go ahead wth Visitor visa for my wife for one month approx. and than she go back to india and apply fimaly reunion.
2. If we apply family reunion visa soon after marriage does the consulate question about my soon expering Blue card.

Which option should i opt for.
