Hi all,
I am really in need of some urgent professonal help/info regarding sending employee abroad.
I would really appreciate if someone could send me contact details of someone whom I can consult.

I would also appreciate if anyone can share some thoughts on the following questions that I have:

My current situation:
I am planning to move to India (on a working-from-home) basis. But I will maintain the Anmeldung (and apartment contract) in Germany and will be travelling back-n-forth every few months (to avoid the 6 month rule for the visa). The company does not have any branch in India.

1) Is Entsendung/Posting applicable for me?
2) I have health Insurance with TK. Do I need any additional insurance?
3) Is there any special liabibity issues/insurances that me or my company needs to worry about?
4) Do I have to pay double taxation (in Germany + in India)?

Thanks a lot and I will really appreciate any input.
