Hi,

I recently email the Ausländerbehörde at Landratsamt München to apply for Niederlassung since I have completed 21 months on blue card.

I received letter today with list of all required documents plus a Schuldenerklärung form.

Can anyone explain what this is?

Hi,

'Schuldenerklärung' is a statement about your debts. You have to declare if you have any and if, how much and of which kind.

Hopefully you can just answer: Ich habe keine Schulden - I have no debts!

Hi,

Thanks for the help. Actually I did buy some stuff via Finanzierung. Simply mentioned them in the form and everything went smoothly.
