Work Permit Pre-Approval

work permit visa pre-approval

Hi,

My current company has filed pre-approval for Gemrany Work permit in Frankfurt labour office and it has been approved. Yet I have not done Visa stamping , still its just paper based Pre-Approval.
I am getting very good offer from another company in Germany. Another company is located in Berlin. Can I file another pre-approval / regular visa for new company ?

Request immediate help as I have to take decision in 1 /2 days.

yes you can. you need another pre approval for the new company. have you appied for visa stamping?

No I have not applied for Visa stamping. More over my pre-approval from current company is for Frankfurt and for new company, it will be for Berlin.

I want one more information , In pre-approval form there is a question -

Are you already in possession of a permit issued by a German labour office ?

Should I write "yes" or the question is intended for Stamped Visa case ?

Question is very straightforward, if u are in possession write "Yes" or write "No" if you want to land in a soup.

Please clarify.

I wrote that yes, as basis on I have ZAV (international employment agency) pre approval. was it right?

Please clarify.
