Hi All,

I would like to know what are the possible grounds for denial in case of job change with a blue card within 2 years of receiving the card. Does anyone know any case, where the job chnage permission has been denied for a blue card holder ? I know that the following are to be valid for a job change

1) All blue card conditions are met as per AufentG 19a
2) Taxes are all proper,y paid during the last job in Germany

Could the following be a ground for denial 

1) For example someone is woking with a designation JAVA Specialist. Now he has got a job with a  
    designation "Application developer". Will this be a ground for denial ? Is it a must that he has to get a job
    with the same designation ?

2) Is it required to have a gap period between two jobs for the change of Zusatzblatt ? For example my
    current company is releaving me on 30th September and the new job is starting from 1st October. In this
    case, is it possible to get the blue card changed from 1st october owards even before leaving the 1st
    company ? OR do I have to first leave the first company and then go to ALB and then have the chnage
    done and wait and then jon the 2nd company ?

3) If the new job satisfies all the blue card conditions, will it again go to the Arbeitsbehörde to check  
    whether a German national or a EU national is available to fulfill my position ?

4) Does my new company have to prove that they did circulate an advertisement for this position and then
    they have chosen me as the best candidate ?

You have already applied for the change of employer at ABH now. Wait for the reply. There is no point asking 100 questions and those replies will not change the outcome of the application. There is a good change you will approval. Be patient.
