Do not cow down to their threats. They cannot recover the work permit cost. All the profits are theirs and losses are yours. You do not need this relieving and experience letter in Germany. After few months, they will give you the letters. What is the name of this company if you dont mind? big or small ?

I have applied for the work permit for Germany last week.

Guys, please advise what is impact if I don't get the relieving letter or
experience letter, for my VISA, future job change in Germany as well as in India and if want to study
further in Germany.
