Dear All,

I am Bipasha Debnath, an International Masters student in TU Dresden. I want to take my husband here who is a graduate of Fine Arts. He is trying several universities here but unfortunately almost all universities offering his subject in German Language. But doing language in my country is waste of money and time and another problem is consulate is not giving visa only for language schools.

I want him to be here with me as soon as possible. He has already completed A1 level of German Language. Now I wants him to apply for family reunion or spouse visa. I am student and also doing my study on my won finance and also trying for scholarship here. he can show his one year expense money for the visa and we also have all other documents the embassy mentioned but do not know if he really can apply on this situation or not? We are not willing for tourist visa this is main reason I want to know if he is eligible to get visa showing his own expense while I am student here?

Is there anyone who can really help me on this issue?
 

They might allow if he shows that he has enough funds for living expenses. It all depends on the visa officer.
