I am 58 years old, working for a Bank for the past 33 years,  I intend to take up a job in Germany.  What are the chances of getting Work Permit Visa for me.  Is there a.ny reliable Agency to help me in getting Work Permit Visa

Hi,

never heard of some agency applying for work permit on your behalf. You need to apply for a job, the recruiter might do a telephonic interview and if all goes well, you may get an agreement. With the agremment and other required papers you will have to apply for a work-permit in German embassy.

There's a set of reqirement you need to fulfil. I think those include the amount of salary offered etc. Just search the forums to get an idea about it.
