Is the spouse of a Blue Card holder verpflichtet to an Integrationskurs once he/she join his/her partner in Germany?
As it is clear that they don't need A1 Certificat to enter Germany but what is the point if they are then forced to complete B1 Certificate with in one year. (exceptions are if your spouse as Integrationsbedarf or prior knowledge of German)

Spouse of a Blue Card holders are awarded Aufenthaltserlaubnis (Also Entry Visa) under AufenthG §30 which gives an exemption from knowledge of German language for a Spouse of a Blue Card holder. If it is so under which law then they make verpflichtet for Integrationskurs.

Are there different laws for the first time Aufenthaltserlaubnis and extension of it?
