Niederlassungserlaubnis to Daueraufenthalt-EG by Blue Card

Hallo,

after researching for days I was not able to find info on getting Niederlassungserlaubnis and then getting Daueraufenthalt-EG by Blue Card.

I have a Blue Card permit in Germany.
I have read that after 19 months and having knowledge of German language B1 I am able to apply for unlimited residence permit (Niederlassungserlaubnis).

Am I also able to apply for Daueraufenthalt-EG after getting Niederlassungserlaubnis after 21 months of stay and work?

If somebody know any information on this can you plese share with me.
