The attibutes that can be used are living cost, facilities, close to nature, culture, future opportunities etc. Looking forward to hear some suggestions.

Munich is much better than Berlin in all aspects facilities, close to nature, culture, future opportunities etc. At the same time it comes with extra cost. Cost of living(esp.House rents) is much higher in Munich.
