Dear Experts,

I need your advice for the following situation:

My wife is currently in Germany with dependent visa. Her past employer in India provide consulting services to a German firm and would like to employ her again. They can offer either German work contract(from their German office) or Indian work contract. We found the Indian work contract lucrative as we are going to return back after few years.

So the question, is it possible to work with Indian work contract retaining her dependent visa status? If so, what is our part of work to do?

If you take an Indian contract, few complications can arise:

1. Taxes: You have to pay taxes both in India and Germany.
2. Social security: Will the indian contract also include social security contributions for Germany?? 

from my prespective, an German contract can keep things simple
