Hello People,

need the guidance from people who have been in this situation before.

My wife would be applying for the family reunion visa and she doesnt have her birth certificate, considering she is born in 80s, the Delhi embassy website says the non availability certificate would not be valid.

what should i do now... please guide

Hi bsd,

If I may suggest write an e-mail to the embassy. They will revert. And ,I think you are just curious by going over the check list as mentioned in the website. Well not sure about delhi ,but the visa officers resolves lots of things related to documentation. Try writin a mail and may be asking about the certificate of tenth grade..or may be the passport all these docs contains,date of birth and place of birth ?

You need a 'no entry certificate' and not a non availability certificate. Go to the Sarbanch or CMO for 'no entry certificate'. 

No entry certificate is applicable.
