Hi,

My husband is holding blue card which is valid till Sep 2013. He is working here on a contract basis with an IT company and I am working here with his blue card dependant.

I have a question,
My husband's contract with his present company is ending by June end and he would be going to India for two months on some personal visit. Is it possible to change the blue card holder to my name and my husband becomes my dependant because I would be continuing my work here.

Please let us know what is the exact procedure for this and what are the process to be followed in KVR?
