Hi
I work in an India IT MNC. My company is applying Germany WP for me. The terms on which they are applying WP is such that they will not pay social security for me in Germany.
Role - IT specialist
Salary - Euro 50k per annum

Once in Germany, can I apply for EU Blue Card?

thanks,
kush

No. If you are being seconded to Germany on an Indian contract you are not eligible for a Blue Card. If you would like to apply for a Blue Card you need to have a German employment contract and contribute to the German social security system.
