Hi all,

I recently received a working visa according to section 19a. When I received the physical residence permit, I had two surprises while regarding the text:

Beschäftigung nicht gestattet mit Ausnahme der Tätigkeit als Programmierer. Selbstständige Tätigkeit gestattet".

There's no employer name mentioned on the Zusatzblatt. Does it mean I can change my work without visiting at the Ausländerbehörde and having their consent as long as the permit is valid?
Is it the normal case that working as a freelancer is allowed?
