Hi Experts !

Is anyone in this forum(or in your contacts) on EU Blue card and has been successful in calling wife and kids on Family reunion visa category without the A1 level deutsch requirment.

Is yes, how much was time duration and also is their any special document that is required.
I had contacted the Mumbai German embassy but their is no reply on the topic.

I know some one whose application was accepted without A1 due to Bluecard. But the visa is still in process, so they do accept, It will be useful to take a copy of § 30 Ehegattennachzug to embassy
