I have 8 years of Embedded system development experience.

Please some one guide me how to approach in getting offer from Germany company for my skills.

Its the same procedure as else where. Normally, you will have to check for open positions in German companies suiting your profile and apply.

Else if you know about positions in the German part of the company you are working for, you can approach the management there.

Once you get an offer, you could approach for a visa.
