I am looking for some websites where I can find best available rates.

Does anybody of you has an experience of booking a ticket online, if yes, please mention the website.

Whenever I use online sites for India, I get rates ranging from 1200 to 4000, whereas the nominal rate is 500-750 (for Trivandrum.

Btw, are you getting rates of around 500 euro for New Delhi?

Usually booking flights online to New Delhi or Mumbai are always cheaper but to other parts of India it would be better to look for a travel agent nearby or anywhere else in Germany.

well I want to go to delhi and I have found a price of 520 euros per person with turkish airlines(from their website)for month of dec. and I will check with a turkish airlines agent tomorrow....will input my feedback...

I can also book it using lcc24.com but I dont belive site's credentials..

I am not sure that what I am getting from Online travel agency are the cheap ones but my local agents always offer the tickets for 700/- Eur or more. I travelled in July for Eur 570/- p.P. by Air France. If you have an agent, who is local and offers you a good one then fine otherwise how to trust any who sits in Berlin or at far-off place. In any case, if you know somebody who offers cheaper tickets to Delhi, then let us know.

I checked with one of the local agents(who deals with turkish airlines) and he offered me a price of 570 euros for fra-delhi which is very very reasonable for month of december. For AirIndia and Lufthansa, price is over 800.

But not sure, how good turkish airlines is..please share your experiences (if any) with turkish airlines..

I got a good offer on Etihad Airways(National airline of UAE)for month of Oct (Fra-Auh-Bom-Auh-Fra) for 540 Euro(adult) including taxes, rail& fly (child fare 375 euro)thru a travel agent in Frankfurt (airways travels 069-242904-0)

Etihad also offers Delhi.

I checked for Ethiad airways as well but for delhi, the offer is for 710 euros in dec. and one has to sit for 6 hours in abu dhabi...so not a good option for delhi...
