Im in Programming for almost more than decade Im earning well secure job in one of the top Company in Germany.

Since I live only for one time I want to do something else where I can get more free time/ freedom for me.

Since Nov 2011 I started with my one friend Internet Marketing and at present we are earning around 500 euro passive income.All I need is to put more efforts and which is not possible with my 40 hours job.
My situation:
Im working here since 2007 nonstop .

If I kündigung my job do I need to wait 3 months for get ALG ? As I will focus on my business but not in searching new job.

What is the best way to get AlG right after I
leave my job?

And how long I will get ALG in my situation ?
If its one year then I guess thats enough for me to try my luck in something new otherwise I will switch to my current profession again.

Since I have Gewerbeschein,Arbeitsamt will create problem in ALG with reasoning that Now im not jobless as im Freelancer ?

if you are creating your own company, you have to check also the Gründungszuschuss option:

Note that to get the option to get Gründungszuschuss you need to be at least one day Arbeitlos before Gründung.
