i live in dachau area (near munich) , the first time i went to the immigration office i ask a lady about the NE although i did not finished my 5 year (it was 3 years and 9 months) she told me that it is not possible and i have to wait untill the end of five years but i told her that i have many friends that got it in dachau although they did not finished their 5 yrs (between me and you i was not sure they did finish 4 or 3) and it worked !!! after 3 weeks i went to get my NE and Paid 200 Euro. as far my wife is concerned i manage to get the Work permit for her but she has to wait some months because she came to germany after me.

Not at all

Do you have some PhD?
If not than you had real luck. She did not have to give you NE before 5 years are over.

Let me know on what are the documents you have provided for NE if your salary is less than 84K. I mean by which law you have been awarded NE. If you are under Scientist with special Technical knowledge then please tell what exact proof you had submitted?

i provided only these doku:

- The form (provided by the immigration office)
- last 3 months salary papers ( i earn 55K / year)
- Anmeldung ( directly on the form)
- Photos

the only thing i did, i just went there and asked for it.
i am not a scientist , i am only an IT-specialist
if you are in Dachau just go and ask for it if they tell you 'NO' just tell them they are people who did it and i can support you if you want.

Check in your Passport according to which criteria of AufhaltG is NE issued. I am in Baden Württemberg not in Dachau.

Uhmm, very interesing, but did she ask you some time to decide what to do or was it direct after you told her that some friends already had that she told you Ok?

Where are located your friends who also did before 5 years here? or it was anly a "small" trick? ;-)

Yes she was friendly and direct to me , i think Dachau is a small city thus they welcome IT-specialist.
it happend to my daughter too sge was accepted in kindergarten alghough she did not finish her 3 years(2yrs & 7 months).

You definitely got your NE because the officer made a mistake but who cares when they make mistakes from which the people can benefit.
